Where do you ship?
We ship to all 27 European Union countries. We do not currently ship outside the EU.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs €8.90 for orders under €100. Orders of €100 or more qualify for FREE shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-9 business days depending on your location. Total delivery time is 3-14 business days.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@vitalgen.eu and we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Subscriptions
How much do I save with a subscription?
Subscribers save 15% on every order compared to one-time purchases.
How often will I receive my subscription?
You choose your delivery frequency: weekly (every 7 days) or monthly (every 30 days).
Can I skip or pause my subscription?
Yes! You can skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Changes must be made at least 5 days before your next billing date.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can cancel your subscription anytime with no fees or penalties.
Can I change the products in my subscription?
Yes, you can add, remove, or swap products in your subscription at any time.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, a €17 restocking fee is deducted from all approved returns.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at info@vitalgen.eu with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
