Is this product lactose-free?

This product is not lactose-free because milk protein concentrate is derived from milk. However, it does undergo additional processing, which helps to remove some fats, carbohydrates, and lactose. So, while product contains less lactose than typical milk, it is not completely free from lactose.

Can I drink more than one per day and how long can it be consumed after opening?

Keep it to 1-2 servings per day. Collagen peptides support skin, joints, hair and nails with a daily intake of 10-20g.

Can I mix it into a smoothie or will the frozen temperature impact the benefits of collagen?

Collagen peptides remain stable in cold smoothies. But we recommend you don’t freeze it due to possible effects on the product’s stability.

Can I mix this into a carbonated drink?

For best results, we recommend mixing with non-carbonated liquid in a shaker bottle or blender.
